The Target is basically a sheet of heavy polyester. Time will tell how long it will last. I think a blend of polyester and nylon would be more durable. I suggest they sew a channel across the top and bottom hem. Then one could just slide a cord through and tie it to the net or frame for support. ie, it sags. Mounting to net can be a challenge. Good piece of quality fabric that does the job.
The sheet (as was the Spornia Bulls-Eye Target Sheet I had before) is a very good golf sheet. I do have an issue with the one I recently ordered, however, but it's more of an annoyance than a problem. The white target paint had started to chip off almost immediately, within the first few days. I don't recall having this issue with the previous sheet purchase. Each time I use it I must clean up little flecks of white paint that has chipped off the target. But if the new sheet is anything like the last one, it will last through many thousands of ball strikes before needing to be replaced. That's the most important thing to me.
My only gripe is that I keep having to replace the target sheet year after year. Looks like this time they are using a higher quality material. Fingers crossed!
The product is excellent! Awesome customer service
I hit about 250 ball a week into the net. The net is awesome. But this ‘bulls eye target’ wears out in three months. It should be a little thicker. So the net is $250 but you need to figure on an additional $140 a year for these targets.
