Chip Net *Pro (30 in.)

This is a fantastic chipping net. Very well built with quality materials. I don't have anything to compare it to directly because I've never owned a chipping net before this one. But, it is built with the same materials and workmanship as the SPG-7, which is PHENOMENAL. And the fact that this net is on sale for 33% off (at the time I bought it of course) just makes it all the more worth it. One thing that the pictures don't show is that it actually has 2 positions. You can set the net up at a low angle and at an extreme angle (there's another set of eyelets that isn't in the pics).

Setting the net up is super easy and literally does only take seconds. Taking it down is also just as easy. They also provide you with stakes, which do come in handy if the wind is up. The wind was gusting yesterday afternoon up to 40 mph at my house and I set up the net and used the stakes; solid anchor, never twitched, even with those high winds. I do love the fact that it comes with a little flag. Although it isn't necessary, the ONLY drawback to this net is sticking the flag into the ground. There is a little eyelet for it in the bottom but in order to keep it firm and anchored, you have to really push it into the ground (of course). However, like I said, the flag isn't necessary (but it is cool) so by all means, don't let that stop you :). I'll say what I said in my SPG-7 review: If you are on the fence about this net, jump off and buy it, you won't be disappointed; it will last a very, very long time.

This was an awesome Christmas present, any golfer would love it! It’s easy to put together and take apart, and doesn’t mess up our backyard :) The quality is great and its large target is fun for the kids too :)
