I ordered a set of replacement poles for the sides and a second for the roof. The company reached out to inform me that the side pole set included a roof pole and asked if I would like them to cancel the second order for me. Incredible customer service. Shocked to have a company seek my interest first. Also, great product.

The replacement parts were out of stock online. I sent a request to customer service and within a couple of days, I was able to order my replacements. I was able to stay in the swing of things, pun intended. Thank you, Thank you!!
