The first time I used the net, it was great! Second time, it started leaning and I can not get it to stand up straight. For this price, this should not be happening.
This is the best hitting mat I have used. Heavy duty to say the least and good shock absorption. I would buy it again.
Found out is was too heavy for dad to use emailed to return and they wanted to charge me $200 to return the net and mat. Not customer service I expected especially after all the research I did
Had a Haack Pro and it kept falling over and breaking. The Spornia is far better in terms of quality netting, target, and frame. Should’ve gone with the Spornia from the start. No regerts!
I order got in time I love I can practice inside
I bought the 5' net and I am very happy with it. It fits into a small area of my garage and can be easily folded up out of the way. I use foam balls most of the time, but I have hit real balls into it without any problems. I don't fold it into small circle as if for storage, I just fold the bottom up to the top and place a tie
to hold it in place. Then when I want to use it , I untie it and lay the bottom down on the floor and hit away. I place something soft under the bottom to keep the balls from bouncing out of the gathering place. I would recommend this net , very portable!
Easy to setup, takedown and use. 7' would probably be big enough but I was afraid I'd need more height for the wedges. Love it. Combined with launch monitor, ball striking improves quickly.
Love the net. Makes hitting balls awesome and a great experience
This is a fantastic must-have training aid! I dinged it one star because the knurled head can damage graphite shafts when in a golf bag. If it was smooth then it could live in my golf bag without a neoprene iron cover.
Ordered one of these nets after doing some research and it is totally worth it. The build construction is high quality and it is very convenient to setup and take down inside my garage to get some hitting practice in. One thing I was really surprised about was how well the ball return system works.
During my order FedEx unfortunately lost my package for a while but after contacting support, they were very professional and quickly responded to my ask. Ji the person who was helping me was able to get the situation sorted out and able to get a new net shipped out right away. Huge thanks to support and the owner I talked with on the phone for being a company that stands behind their product and customer service. Would not hesitate to buy from again.
The ProStrike Mat is superior to every other mat that I have purchased or tried. There is a rubber cushion under the "grass," which is so flexible that taking "divots" after striking the ball does not radiate into your arms and joints, and feels great.
Got it for use in my garage in the winter with the Spornia SPG 8 (which is good so far.)
The product is good. Accurate. A bit glitchy. Used indoor with the rapsodo balls. Outdoors for chipping and range. Used with E6 free for sim experience
I have no complaints with unit outside of glitchiness. As I’ve thought about it more…I’m not looking for insane accuracy…I’m looking to work on my swing to see if adjustments I’m implementing are making a difference and I’m looking for a cheap sim experience. With that - I don’t think there is much advantage with rapsodo over the Garmin. The Garmin is cheaper and without a subscription. If rapsodo were to remove the subscription I would choose over the garmin…but with the subscription in place - for my use case - I would buy the garmin if I had it to do over again.
Also. Clubface data is lacking. Garmin has it. Would like to see rapsodo add that.
I very much enjoy the netting system. Easy setup, durable, and sound engineering for longevity and enjoyment. Excellent product. I have owned a few netting systems, although this system is the best by a long shot.
Accidentally drove over my net and needed new replacements. Spornia came through and I'm back to swinging!!!
I purchased the Spornia SPG-8 with the screen and with the Rapsodo MLM2Pro for fathers day and have used it about a half dozen times. I set up in my garage. The net is great. So far durability is not an issue. I'll follow-up with another review if it does become an issue. I'm an 18 hcp so I don't always hit the ball on the club face - i.e. I can shank it every now and then! It's caught all of my shanks except for 2 and those were before I received my side nets. Since the side nets none of my shanks escaped the net. I'm sure it will happen at some point but so far so good. My advice is if you are not a great ball striker - get the side nets. My set up takes less than 10 minutes as does tear down, primarily because I just take the poles out and strap the entire unit to my wall - see pictures. I suspect it would take another 5 or 10 minutes to fold it up and put in the carrying bag by yourself. Last thing I'll say is that the team at Spornia were incredibly responsive during my purchase process - I had a lot of questions. Especially Edward! Great team to work with.
