At Spornia Golf, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. Our products are designed to provide years of reliable use, and we stand behind them with our limited warranty.

If you experience an issue that you believe is related to a manufacturing defect or material failure, our team is here to help.

Netting Warranty — 60 Days

Spornia Golf netting is covered by a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects and material failure under normal use and care.

If your netting tears or fails due to a covered defect within 60 days of purchase, please contact our support team to submit a warranty claim.

Normal wear and tear, cuts, punctures, damage caused by external objects, improper use, or damage caused by exposure to weather conditions are not covered.

Frame Warranty — 1 Year

Spornia Golf frames are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and material failure under normal use and care.

If a frame component breaks due to a covered defect during the warranty period, please contact us to submit a warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover frames or components that have been bent, twisted, improperly assembled, misused, modified, or damaged by the customer or by exposure to weather conditions.

For approved warranty claims, Spornia Golf may repair or replace the affected product or component at our discretion.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@spornia.com and include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or video clearly showing the affected area

Spornia Golf reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the product to determine whether the issue is covered under this limited warranty.

What's Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cuts, punctures, or damage caused by external objects
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Improper installation or assembly
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Improper storage or maintenance
• Damage caused by wind, rain, sun, snow, hail, lightning, falling branches, or other weather and environmental conditions

Property Damage

This limited warranty does not cover incidental, consequential, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of a Spornia product, including damage to surrounding property or personal belongings.

Always inspect your net and target sheet before use and ensure your hitting area provides adequate clearance from people, structures, and surrounding property.
