To return your item, please call 323-581-8129, for a return authorization number (RA#). Alternately you may email email@example.com requesting a return.

We have a 30-day return policy. We ask why you are returning your training aid because we want your feedback. If you are emailing, please indicate the reason for the return request. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the delivery date of your product, we will not accept your return.
If your product is returned in "like new" condition with original packaging, full credit will be issued for the price of the product, less shipping. Items that are not returned in like new condition with packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Credit will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase (E.g. credit card, PayPal) and you will be notified via email of the credit. If a restocking fee is assessed you will be emailed personally why a fee was assessed in addition to the credit notification.
We will gladly exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. All frame parts and structural pieces are covered by our 60-day guarantee. If your product is defective or breaks within 60-days of purchase, we will replace it. Because the life expectancy of netting is largely subject to its care, netting is covered by our 30-day guarantee.
