Shipping times & costs
All Spornia orders ship free within the contiguous United States. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days from the ship date.

- Expedited shipping: $25 · 2–3 business days
- Overnight: $55 · Next business day
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are calculated based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Use the tracking number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, contact our support team with your order number.
Returns policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, model, or configuration, contact our support team. We'll help you return the original item and place a new order for the correct one.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we'll offer a store credit or full refund.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or process a refund promptly.
International orders
Spornia ships to select international markets through authorized distributors. For international orders, contact the distributor in your region or reach out to our support team for guidance.
