Great customer service

Shortly after purchasing the 7 foot net I had an issue with the support frame. Spornia took the time to help me fix it, but couldn’t and they replaced the frame at no extra charge. I’ve used the net several times and it’s a great product.

frustrating

The extension itself is very good . However the directions on how to install it are very confusing. They are just diagrams that only show you a section of the net . Nowhere does it indicate what part of the net to start attaching it I finally figured it out .
